oh yes i can!

does that not look like the surface of the moon? bad sign for foam, but beautiful for the philosopher romantic.

too rough
January 19, 2008

saturdays at work – it’s actually not so bad. new bag of beans – liquid amber espresso – doesn’t that just sound marvelous? and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
some days more than others

cup number thirteen

a most properly prepared beverage – i even heated the mug while fixing the coffee and used a frozen frothing pitcher and thermometer, so i know the milk was slightly scalded. nonetheless, an excellent way to finish off the monkey espresso in a new yorkly manner.
ouchies!
January 17, 2008

too busy for my regular coffee ingestion, i had been suffering a massive, five day caffeine headache. now back to regularly scheduled consumption with an inglorious left over shot from several days ago. sad but true. i also eat food off the floor – dirty, disgusting, fish-slime covered floors.
birthday capps
January 11, 2008

in celebration of my sister’s birthday, we have a trio of capps in assorted cups. then we open the presents. yay!
asking for it

a no-name cup i bought cheap somewhere cuz i like the shape: reminds me of a mug that was made by a friend in idaho that i broke whilst moving out of college my first year. (the second year i spilled coffee down my back from the machine that was packed in a box that i tipped over my shoulder. heady days.) it is the most often knocked over cup i own and is completely unacceptable for work., which is where i use it.
