one for me and one for pops

here it is, first capp(s) of the day – 2:30 pm! yikes! but this is how busy goes i guess. daddy drank the one on the left, i drank the one on the right: poppa bear / baby bear coffee time.

almost didn’t happen today

by the time i had to make a pick me up latte, the first of today, it was already 1:30 which is usually no coffee time to ensure i sleep at night. but i was really tired and needed something. kind of like now.

damn man, i missed the mark again

here i am: day dragging me down like the victorian dress on mrs. grace charity robins after the sinking of titanic. eight six days so far this year, if i counted right. 50% – in high school that’s failing but when shopping that’s a nice deal.

i usually use this mug on weekends at home, but like i said, the office cup selection is oppressive. maybe we can go to storage next week and bring back some more mugs.

maybe just a hint of badness still

i was really excited for today’s coffee cuz it’s been soooo long since i had a proper fix. plus this is the debut of my new mug that my parents (mom) got me for christmas (by the by it’s the only villeroy and boch piece that i own, not that i’m a huge v&b fan, but damn! expensive! and it has a cool wavy spoon that i forgot to bring) which has been at home where i have a white/cream mug theme going (do three mugs count as a theme?), but i’m so stifled without my full entourage of cups and mugs that “the wave” had to come in to work ANYWAY i was excited. then i got in on that bad boy, after the photo, natch, and at first i thought the apples left in the mini fridge had just gotten to the milk and how sad to have that odor hanging over a perfectly lovely liquid amber latte, but then i realized, it wasn’t the apples that got to the milk, it was time that killed the milk. ugh!

so i finally went out for milk this afternoon and made another one. and it is very good. i think.

tipsy morning coffee

everything came together flawlessly for this morning’s shots and foaming. maybe the machine picked up on my happier attitude, i don’t know. but the results are delicious. it did occur to me, in a passing fashion, that a vodka tonic would taste every bit as good, but i think i’m driving later…

i forgot to post this morning’s coffee this morning! but i was pretty pissed at customers and other general people too and that always clouds my judgement.

oh yeah, and i was actually working.

after the hiatus

off visiting friends and family etc, so no coffees of late – until today. i just wish i could drink this many, you know?

i got nothing

nothing but love for my coffee. i’m fixing another right now.
