totally out of my character: totally green

this is quite possibly the best cup of coffee i have ever made. ever. i feel like such a fraud.

i'm so ashamed

local family farm half and half, locally roasted coffee delivered by bicycle, recyclable and recycled containers, taken home in my own bag, bag credit donated to whatever it is that bag credits get donated to in super-green organic locally-sourced (expensive) grocery store chains, served in a reused 99 cent coffee cup saved from a landfill.

i made fun of myself the entire twenty minutes i spent shopping there, so maybe i’m not too much of a fraud.

oh yeah, i didn’t compost the grounds when i was finished.
