when i’m aiming for every day, specifically first coffee of the day.
where the office mostly. that’s where we practically live and it’s where my machine lives. weekends get coffee too, only it’s drip french press! technically speaking, is my first coffee of everyday. let this be our dirty little secret.
why i really like coffee. a lot. one year, my husband bought me an espresso machine and burr grinder. wow! the coffee is so beautiful, with the foam and the crema and the cups and in my own place! since i’m not in a mad dash to get out of some other yuppy’s way, i can look at my coffee creation as long as i want to. logically following peewee herman’s advice, i take pictures. they last longer!
who i use beans from sweet maria’s in oakland and whole milk from whomever.
are you crazy or something yeah. mostly. but with the caffeine shakes, no one really notices until i talk.
