cup 162 and a "diet" sandwich

after the weekend of very important guests and the mass quantities of expensive and high fat foods & drink that we consumed, i figure i should only eat peanut butter and marmalades from now on. they aren’t exactly a diet, nor i imagine low in calories or sugars, but tasty and small and cheap. and on whole wheat bread! how bad is that?

clever monkeies may notice this is the coordinating mug for miarow! delightful light weight but solid cups, a gift from my mommers, not extravagantly large as some mugs tend to be, just the perfect size for a coffee. also perfect for sweet tea in the afternoons, say 4-ish.
