it looked like bad foam as i poured into the mug, but actually it’s quite wonderful. rich thick slightly sweet velvety on the lips. pity iphone camera doesn’t do justice to the coffee within.

i foamed the milk in the cup (taboo-ish) and used a shot of espresso left over from friday (gross); there’s a lot that the velvety flavor of whole fat milk conceals with it’s deliciousness.
