there have been coffees in between the keiths, including a keith, but i’ve been awfully busy managing my emotions recently. today is the first day i was out the door of the assisted living facility before 10 am! hooray!
i even have a new coffee mug to debut, i just haven’t gotten it together with coffee yet.
it's not that i have no imagination, i just use it for my vibrant fantasy life

hie thee to java coffee & cafe and get a keith richards.
it’s one in the afternoon and i’m sucking down a drink with four shots of espresso like i’ll never have another coffee again. if i can’t fall asleep tonight i shouldn’t have to wonder why for long. this thing is delicious and i am drinking it way to fast.
prior to this, however, i had only chamomile tea, a half cup of assisted living facility coffee (with powdered creamer, again) and a mild headache.
would a second be too much?

the sunrise muffin is delightful too; chock full of millet, sunflower seeds, oats and probably suet. makes me feel like a kid again. if only i had some alfalfa like grandma used to shove down my throat…

and proud of it! nothing restores your faith in humanity like seeing imagination come to life through the eyes of a two year old – even if those eyes are often filled with “NO WANT!” tears.
